    Maybe someone can help me. Essilor has refused to answer a simple question which I think I'm entitled to.
    I recently purchased a Varilux X progressive lens which is not performing according to my expectations. I asked Essilor where to look for the etched engravings and what to expect--they refuse to give me the info and refer me to the seller.
    Could you give me some insight on the matter?
