Weird eye problem. Please help

Hi one week ago my vision turned blurry all of the sudden. i had to
blink few times to clear it up. it's like a film on the eye that
clears up after blinking, but comes back after 10 minutes. I tried
clear eye and it helped but after two hours the blurry vision comes
back. I went to see an optometrist and he said i see 20/20 without
correction and glasses won't make it better but i feel like it's still
hazy. He dilated my eyes, did fdt visual field and found nothing
wrong in the back of my eye. he did memtion meibomitis and blepharitis
on the lid margin and told me to do warm compress twice a day and use
articial tear for three weeks and then go back to him for follow up.
he said my eyes may be dried out due to blepharitits, although i don't
feel like my eyes are dry. do you guys think my problem is due to
tear drying out on the cornea? should i be concern with something
else? by the way, my ears started to feel weird the same time my eyes
started to seem blurry. TIA
