What does 20/20, 20/15, 20/10 or even better vision look like?

I cant stop thinking what perfect or supervision looks like! Can any of
you blessed with exceptional vision describe what your world looks to
you? I can imagine but I want an accurate idea :)

Well, I do have 6/3 acuity. It is fantastic. I can see flies on a dunny
door 300m away, number plates on cars 1km down the road, each hair on a
horses mane across a padock, the numbers on the back of a football
player at the other side of the paddock, the small writing on the back
of a watch from 10 feet. 6/3 acuity is brilliant.

The good part is that I can sit back and laugh at a loser like you.

    Gee life is great.

maybe I am missing something, but clear vision would be the answer that
    comes to my mind....

If Dr. Grant isnt exaggerating, thats just amazing. Sorry but it looks
like you are. Only an eagle can see license plates from a kilometer.
Yea make fun of my vision, go ahead and laugh. Easy to do that if your
    an optometrist.

clear vision isnt a good description. I get "clear" vision too with
glasses. I am talking about beyond the 20/30 I see with glasses. Whats
the differences? Id love for someone with good vision(even good
corrected vision) to describe to us!

    Dear Aceman,

Subject: Respect for your intellectual search for scientific
    (not medial) truth.

DrGrant> Just face the facts, god hates you because you play with your
    penis too
    much

Does Dr. Grant respect you and your intelligence on the
subject of the eye's dynamic behavior?

I suggest we need to learn to respect the facts behind
the natural eye's proven behavior -- and offer you
at least a CHOICE in the matter when you are
    at -1/2 diopter.

You are not going to get an "informed choice"
    from Grant -- are you?

It this man helping you understand "alternatives" -- or
    "defending the minus-lens practice".

    And who suffers the consequences?

    Best,

    Otis

Otis, you've got a live one.

Would you and this aceman character kindly conduct the rest of this
conversation via e-mail, not in a public forum. In the alternative,
you could always offer him a session on your XBox360 and a ride in
    your Cadillac, like usual.

Otis, the thing about informed choice is the INFORMED bit. You have a
drum to beat, which is wrong and scientifically invalidated years ago.

Space ace is ill informed as he ignores 90% of what is said and holds
on to the 10% that is usually wrong. He may sound a little right, but
under it all, he has no idea.

The eye is but a part of a complex system. Silly ideas such as Bates
and all his followers are simply wrong. The science is wrong, the
hypothesis is wrong and all that derives from it is wrong.

There is some controversities reguarding the Bates idea and yes some of
his claims are a bit far fetched, but modern Bates supports are
relistic and believe in myopia prevention and clearing of pseudomyopia
and also how NOT to make your eyes worse. I have a hard time believing
6/3 vision. My sister's friend's optometrist said she was 20/10 but she
couldnt read a single 20/10 letter on my snellen chart. Shes a solid
20/15 however and a bit better than that but no way 20/10.
