What is the best med for relaxing the eye for the Bates method?

    I am trying the techique and I am trying to see what (legal) method
    there is out there to help palm and sun and patch. I am wondering if
    St John's Wart would help. I am trying to find eye drops but visine
    does not make that type of eyedrop. Somebody should make some
    eyedrops and make a killing that helps eye strain. I also don't want
    to use booze either. Can anybody point me to websites that have such
    products? No luck so far for me.
