What's wrong with my eye?

    My right eye feels like there's something in it off and on everyday.
    Alot of times when i look at something and move my eyes away, i can
    see a streak of whatever i was just looking at. Also, i see a purple
    flourecent color sometimes in my eye. Even when using the computer i
    find myself squinting my right eye. When this first started, i went to
    the eye doctor and he told me nothing was in it. I also had corneal
    abrasion about 6 years ago. Could this be related? Any comments are
    greatly appreciated, thanks.
