I've just had cataract surgery and my Dr. Used Symfony extended view lenses and at my consultation we decided to shoot for a slightly far sited result. my right eye was +2.25 and the left eye was +2.75 before the surgery and after the surgery the right eye is -1.25 and the left is -1.75 I understand there is a margin of error in selecting the power lenses does this seem outside an accepticle margine? My Dr. Said to give it more time (I'm 5weeks post op on right eye and 3weeks on the left) Would lasik be able to correct this or should I have the lenses replaced?
