YAG a bare optic?

    Quick question....
    If, after cataract surgery, the eye later develops cloudiness ("lens
    epithelial cells") on the surface of the optic itself, not on the
    capsule.... can that be fixed with YAG?

    (who has one eye with PCCC without "optic capture", the track record
    seems to be that these sometimes cloud over.)
