Oh yuck. And I thought that tattooed eye liner was creepy. Am I wrong,
or does the illustration not exactly match the description?

Hey. Wait a minute. I can do it in less than 5 minutes and far cheaper!
Just grab one of my daughter's little jewel stickers and slice it right
under the conjunctiva. I'll do it for $200 and limit my practice to no
    more than 500 per day.

But seriously, YUCK! Really, there might be a big market for this
"procedure". Could be a big seller.

And, of course, it wont really matter if it's safe or has a low-ish risk
factor. It will be all about marketing.
